Well, I sort of celebrated when I clinked glasses with Patricia and a couple other blogging friends, but I don’t feel as exhilarated as I imagined. Anyway, there’s lots to do yet but not till the New Year. Whew. I can almost breathe now. Nice to hear from you Robin. Hope all is well at home–healthwise.

I thought I’m be jumping up and down when I sprinted past the finish line but I’m not. I did have a glass of wine to celebrate, though.

I wait to hear you dash through the ribbon at the finish line so I can add my Rah-rah!

I’m sure you will. But revision is the name of the game. Just ask Gill…she’s been revising her current novel for months, if not years. Oops..that was meant as encouragement, but I see it could be taken otherwise. Onwards and upwards, I say!

You are so f-u-n-n-y, Laurie. Giving away secrets but I won’t tell. I like revising. It’s kind of like colouring to my granddaughter. If I go outside the line, I will scrunch it up, cry and throw all that work in the recycle.
Truth is, I like revising. It’s knowning when to stop that’s the secret I have heard.

The only reason you are not doing all the jumping up and down is because you know there are still chapters to write! You have done an awesome job! You were so worried you would not make it, but you are the first one I have heard from who is done!! Fabulous!
Just think, you will take a breather, and when you return to the screen to finish the last of it, it will fly by like you never stepped away. I am so excited for you, Tess ❤
