HOT Flash – Compulsive

“Georgie, you’re home late.”

“Wa’ ‘pened m’ b’k?”

“What d’say?” Jake rolled out of bed by-passing slippers, and strode to the study across the hall. “What’s the racket?”

“Ha!” White teeth flashed.

“Okay, my compulsive fusspot. Come to bed.”

“You gonna faint? Gotcha.”

A ticket flapped. “—won…lottery.”

Author: Let's CUT the Crap!

I'm getting a little LONG in the tooth and have things to say about---ouch---AGEing. I believe it's certainly a state of mind but sometimes it's nice to hear that you're NORMAL. I enjoy reading by the truckload. I'm a grandma but I don't feel OLD although I'm not so young anymore. My plan is to stick it out as long as I can on this lovely planet and only will leave it kicking and screaming!

  1. Been fantasying with the hubby this week about the 500 million lottery. Alas it came and went and we’re none the richer, lol. This reminded me of that. It’s nice to fantasize, enjoyed this. 🙂

  2. Love your stuff …thanks for sharing!

  3. We were talking the other day about winning the lottery. How cool would that be. Of course we never buy a ticket so our chances aren’t good.

  4. I spent the 500 million lottery in about an hour. Unfortunately, the lottery went to someone else. I hope they have as much fun with it as I, in my hour.

  5. Now that would be a merry Christmas!

  6. Great post Tess, reminding us of the things we dream of if we won a lottery. Wishing you a Merry Christmas, happiness and health for the New Year! 🙂

  7. Fun one Tess. What some of us wouldn’t give. Compulsive at a couple of levels.

  8. Have not won Florida lottery games for several years. 111 hit Cash 3 paid $500. I bought it 16 times ! Have a pocketful of tickets for tonight though. Thanks support my blog. Merry Christmas.
